Isla’s brand lived in pieces. Instagram spoke one way, emails another, the website another still. The voice didn’t feel human, and it definitely didn’t feel like wellness.
We started with a full brand audit and rebuilt the entire identity, from typefaces to tone of voice. The goal was clarity and calm: visuals that breathed, and words that welcomed people in. I wrote new email flows, rewrote every call-to-action, and worked with designers to nail the brand look across every touchpoint.
The customer journey was messy... No flow, no rhythm. Users were bouncing before they felt anything.
Once the new identity was live, things started clicking, literally. Open rates rose, click-throughs followed, and for the first time, customers actually recognised the brand when they saw it. More importantly, the whole team finally felt like they were telling one story.
